NOT dishwasher safe
I own two of these mugs, and both have already broken despite barely being used. One cracked in the dishwasher a few days ago, and today the second one did the same. Even though both the website and the glass claim they're dishwasher-safe, that clearly isn't the case.

Hello! We are so sorry to hear you had this experience. Please keep an eye on your emails from our customer care tea-m!
Extremely fragile
Update: what had to happen, happened. . . I dropped it once and it SHATTERED in a thousand tiny tiny sharps pieces. DO NOT buy if you have kids!
While I knew this was likely to happen (the previous one broke the same way in shipping, this was a replacement sent for free by DavidsTea), it was still a huge disappointment - I loved that mug, except for lid, as it's poorly designed, with an edge that draps liquid in a hard to clean way.
I hope they will make a stronger version of this cup as I loved the esthetic of it.

Hi Stephanie, we are sorry to hear you're having issues with your item! Please watch for an email from our Customer Care team for further information
I immediately broke the top - so fragile. And you don't sell replacements.
Sample teas
I'm working my way through all the different samples, the only problem is trying to decide which ones are my favourite. It will be a hard task but I'm enjoying trying all the teas. There used to be a store in Grande Prairie where I could buy tea but it unfortunately closed. Truly glad I finally went online to get real tea. Thank you.
Beautiful but fragile
The mug looks amazing and works great, but the first one I received had been shattered in thousand of really small sharp pieces during transportation, so now I'm constantly nervous this one will break as well.
I want to mention that DavidsTea was incredibly quick and efficient at sending a replacement for the broken one. So while I give two stars to the mug (for its looks, otherwise it would be only one), I give 5 stars to the DavidsTea team!

Excellent teas. love the cup
Excellent value. We are enjoying the teas.
Love this mug!
I hesitated buying this because who really needs another mug, and the price, but I have to say this is my new favourite thing. I'd never want to go back to the other diffusers that hold such little tea and get in the way when you want to drink. The lid is perfect for resting the strainer when it's ready to drink. It keeps my tea hot for a long time, especially with the lid on. I accidentally knocked it over and was almost devastated but it thankfully didn't break on the way down. The only thing that could be better is if the strainer was dishwasher safe. Plus it is satisfying to watch the color change. If you're hesitating you should get it!
I love these mugs!
I have the Holo Taco and cat mug and these are so perfect. All I have to do is boil some water in my tea kettle and then I can add a scoop or two of my favorite tea with my perfect spoon and I have the perfect cup of tea! What I really love about this mug is that it's clear/ see-through and it's so cool to see the tea like that!
I love the look of this mug, however, it is cheaply made, and extremely delicate. I already have the tiniest chip in the handle from a gentle tap against another coffee mug when placing it in the dishwasher.
New best friend
If you drink tea and hate a normal diffuser that's always messy and terrible to clean this makes it a breeze. And the mug is perfect. It's beautiful and hold just the right amount of tea.
Double Walled Glass Nordic Mug
This mug is light in weight & holds at least 12 oz of water. The cover is nice to keep our tea hot for while.
Thank You.
La tasse est tres belle et utile mais elle se casse tres vite. J'en ai casse une en faisant la vaisselle, j'en ai recommande une autre et elle est arrivee brisee en mille morceaux.
