The mug is very cute,
"The mug is very cute, but it’s very thin, the lid doesn’t properly seal, and the paint started falling off from the bottom after a week of use. I love the color and the shape but tbh it’s a bit overpriced for the quality."

Cheap
"This was my favourite mug for a day. I just got it and used it about 4 times and the 4th time when I was mixing my drink it immediately broke on the inside. I loved this but it was made so cheaply it broke when stirring my matcha, yikes."

Extremely fragile
"Update: what had to happen, happened. . . I dropped it once and it SHATTERED in a thousand tiny tiny sharps pieces. DO NOT buy if you have kids! While I knew this was likely to happen (the previous one broke the same way in shipping, this was a replacement sent for free by DavidsTea), it was still a huge disappointment - I loved that mug, except for lid, as it's poorly designed, with an edge that draps liquid in a hard to clean way. I hope they will make a stronger version of this cup as I loved the esthetic of it."

Sample teas
"I’m working my way through all the different samples, the only problem is trying to decide which ones are my favourite. It will be a hard task but I’m enjoying trying all the teas. There used to be a store in Grande Prairie where I could buy tea but it unfortunately closed. Truly glad I finally went online to get real tea. Thank you."

Beautiful but fragile
"The mug looks amazing and works great, but the first one I received had been shattered in thousand of really small sharp pieces during transportation, so now I'm constantly nervous this one will break as well. I want to mention that DavidsTea was incredibly quick and efficient at sending a replacement for the broken one. So while I give two stars to the mug (for its looks, otherwise it would be only one), I give 5 stars to the DavidsTea team!"

NOT dishwasher safe
"I own two of these mugs, and both have already broken despite barely being used. One cracked in the dishwasher a few days ago, and today the second one did the same. Even though both the website and the glass claim they’re dishwasher-safe, that clearly isn’t the case."
