With our 30-day guarantee we offer exchanges up to one month after delivery. So, if what you ordered is not exactly what you had in mind, we’ll work together to find what’s right. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, we’ll do everything we can to make up for it. Our 30-Day Guarantee means we offer up to one month for you to return your item to us, so we can find the best way to make it right for you. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
- If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution.
- If you originally paid with a DAVIDsTEA gift card, we would be happy to provide a replacement card with the refund value or issue a return on the original gift card within 48 hours.
- Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund to a different method of payment. In these circumstances, we can provide a DAVIDsTEA gift card with the refund amount.
Keep in mind all gift cards, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. We reserve the right to address customer concerns, returns and exchanges, on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a refund for merchandise.
