Bad service

"All the teas I purchased are good, with high quality and pleasant flavor. However, in some blends there are so many mixed herbs that the individual flavors get lost. What I find truly disappointing is the waiting time for the order to arrive. I understand there were customs delays, but it took almost a month to be delivered, and I was expecting it to arrive in time as a Christmas gift. The company should clearly inform customers about these delays in advance so they can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not. I only received apology emails for the delay, all of which appeared to be written by AI, and I was never contacted by a real person to offer a solution or any form of compensation for what happened."
