Im new to the matcha world- What is the best way to have this iced? Should I make it at night with the hot water, and then keep it in the fridge to pour over ice in the AM? In an "M" motion (M for matcha), use your bamboo whisk to form a clump-free paste. You can then add another 2 oz of warm water to your matcha paste and whisk to create a froth. Next, fill up your 16 oz mug with ice, fill 2/3 with water, and top off with your matcha concentration. Stir and enjoy! You don't have to worry about dilution as the matcha is already highly concentrated to begin with, but if you're worried about this you can always use cold water to pour over the ice before topping with your matcha. 💚
