Snowball Hojicha Hot Chocolate
Creamy coconut, white chocolate & roasted hojicha... We’ve taken all three mouthwatering flavours and stirred them all up into one super cozy hot chocolate.

Things to Note: We recommend using a bamboo whisk—soak in hot water for about a minute before you start to keep it in good condition!
When you whisk your hojicha, make an “M” formation with your movements. Mmm!
Using unsweetened hojicha powder? Make sure to sift it to get the clumps out.
ingredients:
1 Perfect Spoon (about 1 tbsp) Snowball Fight loose leaf tea
60 ml (2 oz) hot water (for steeping), 95°C (200°F)
240 ml (8 oz) hot milk of choice
2 Perfect Matcha Spoons (1 tsp) Supreme Hojicha Powder
60-90 ml (2-3 oz) hot water (for whisking), 80°C (175°F)
1 tbsp maple syrup

Steep Snowball Fight tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes.

Froth the milk with maple syrup until creamy.

In a separate bowl, whisk the hojicha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.

Pour the steeped tea into your mug.

Add the frothed maple milk, then pour in the whisked hojicha on top.

Stir gently and enjoy your cozy snow day latte!.
