Cherry Blossom Lychee Fizz
Nothing says spring like cherry blossom season, and nothing says cherry blossom season like our Cherry Blossom tea. Even better, this Cherry Blossom Lychee Fizz recipe takes it up two fruity notches!
The inspiration for the tea comes from the delicate sakura blooms in Japan, which people organise traditional viewing parties just to see and which make the country a hotspot for tourists in the spring. In this blend, juicy cherry, floral cherry blossom and creamy coconut are all steeped in a delicate white tea base.
It’s already delicious for springtime sipping, but here we add fizzy lychee soda and popping boba for a super playful twist!
ingredients:
4 Perfect Spoons Cherry Blossom loose leaf tea
250 ml (8 oz) hot water (for steeping)
3 tbsp lychee popping boba
120 ml (4 oz) lychee soda
1 cup ice
recipe:

Steep tea in hot water for 3-5 min, then let it cool completely.

Spoon lychee popping boba into the bottom of a glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the chilled tea over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.

Gently pour lychee soda over the top and it’s ready to go!
