Strawberry Shortcake Hojicha Latte
Who can resist the temptation of warm, buttery shortbread with fresh summer strawberries? We know we sure can’t.
This Strawberry Shortcake Hojicha Latte takes that fresh-baked taste and mixes it with toasty hojicha, a green tea that’s been roasted to give it an almost nutty flavour. Our Strawberry Hojicha Powder is also micro-ground, leaving a fine powder that’s lightly sweet and full of strawberry goodness.
The best part? You can use hojicha powder in the same way as matcha, making it super versatile. We can’t recommend enough whisking it up to try out this irresistibly cozy, fruity bevvie, but that’s just the beginning. Soon you’ll be making up your own hojicha drinks like a pro!
Things to Note: We recommend using a bamboo whisk—soak in hot water for about a minute before you start to keep it in good condition!
When you whisk your hojicha powder, make an “M” formation with your movements.
Using unsweetened matcha? Make sure to sift it to get the clumps out.
