Cookie Dough Matcha Latte
Curb your cravings for matcha and a cheeky bite of cookie dough at the same time with this scrumptious Cookie Dough Matcha Latte.
Warm & comforting, or a cool sweet treat if you prefer it iced... this is one tasty bevvie that gives a fresh, sophisticated twist to that childhood taste of sneaking a li’l cookie dough straight from the mixing bowl—but without the risk.
To make it iced, just fill your cup about three-quarters full with ice, then add milk (a bit less than for the hot version) and top up with your matcha!
Things to Note: We recommend using a bamboo whisk—soak in hot water for about a minute before you start to keep it in good condition!
When you whisk your matcha, make an “M” (for matcha!) formation with your movements.
Using unsweetened matcha? Make sure to sift it to get the clumps out.
ingredients:
2 Perfect Matcha Spoons (1 tsp) Organic Grand Cru Matcha
3 oz (90 ml) hot water*
1 oz (30 ml) cookie dough syrup
5 oz (150 ml) milk of choice
Let your water sit for about 5 mins after it boils

Add matcha powder to your matcha bowl.

Pour in your hot water and whisk it good.

Drizzle syrup around the inside of your cup.

Fill with ice.

Pour in your milk of your choice.

Top up with prepared matcha.
